The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring it meets McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This role involves setting goals with leadership, leading a team of Department Managers, and hiring and developing staff to ensure future success.
Ideal candidates should have previous experience as a General Manager in high-volume locations, preferably in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. You must be at least 18 years old to manage in our corporate-owned restaurants.
