Job summary

Popeyes is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in Columbia, TN to lead the kitchen and overall restaurant performance. You will own the guest experience, drive sales, profitability, and maintain operational excellence, while coaching and developing both management and hourly teams.

You’ll partner with the District Manager to execute bold food, warm hospitality, and a strong culture of ownership. Benefits include weekly pay, bonuses, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED (2 years of college preferred).
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and the drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others.
• Strong guest service instincts and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities
