Job summary

Popeyes in Miami Gardens is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the kitchen and drive guest experience. You will own the restaurant’s performance, culture, and standards, partnering with the District Manager to deliver bold food and warm hospitality.

You’ll hire, coach, and develop leadership, manage labor and inventory, and ensure fast, friendly service with thoughtful issue resolution. The role rewards strong P&L focus and coaching habits, with opportunities for growth within Popeyes.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a HS diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L and profitability drivers.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the restaurant by driving sales, profitability and operational excellence.
• Set the guest experience standard through fast, friendly service and issue resolution.
• Build and develop leaders by hiring, coaching, and supporting management and hourly teams.
