Job summary

Popeyes is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead shifts and support the General Manager. You will coach team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure fast, friendly service in a clean kitchen. You’ll drive guest satisfaction while managing inventory, orders, and cash controls for smooth restaurant operations.

The role emphasizes people leadership, decision making, and a hands-on approach to daily restaurant performance in a fast-paced Louisiana kitchen.

Qualifications

• 18+ with a High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of experience in a quick-service or fast-paced restaurant environment (management experience preferred).
• People-first leadership mindset with strong communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L basics and how daily actions impact results.

Responsibilities

• Coach Hourly Shift Coordinators and Team Members to raise performance.
• Guide teams to deliver fast, friendly, and accurate meals in a clean, welcoming kitchen.
• Uphold Popeyes standards and ensure smooth operations.
• Manage inventory, place and receive orders, protect assets, and follow cash-control procedures.
