Responsibilities

• Support management teams and report to the Director of Operations/District Manager.
• Manage performance of Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and staff.
• Promote a positive work environment and develop future leaders.
• Ensure proper staffing, training, and employee development.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.
• Oversee daily operations including checklists, safety, and guest experience metrics.
• Manage inventory, costs, and budgets.
• Build community engagement and local marketing efforts.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to adhere to uniform and operational standards.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
• Attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Compliance with employment laws and Smashburger policies.
