About Louisiana Bistreaux: Louisiana Bistreaux is a dynamic restaurant company with three locations in Metro Atlanta (Buckhead, East Point, Decatur) and a fourth under development near Perimeter Mall. We specialize in made-from-scratch Cajun Cuisine sourced from the Gulf of Mexico, with authentic Louisiana recipes. We are passionate about our food and service, and we seek passionate individuals to grow with us.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage 50 to 60 employees and managers during your shift.
  • Oversee food, beverage, service, guest experience, and employee relations.
  • Employee development and training.
  • Manage costs, sales, and profits.
  • Develop managers and team members.
