About O-Ku Atlanta

O-Ku Atlanta offers a fresh and innovative take on traditional Japanese sushi and cuisine, led by executive chef Masatomo Hamaya. Our menu features signature starters, contemporary Japanese entrees, and seasonal sushi, sourcing seafood from Tokyo and Hawaii alongside local ingredients. Located in West Midtown, we provide unique dining experiences with traditional sashimi and specialty rolls.

The Role: Your Leadership, Our Vision

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant General Manager with a proven track record in high-volume, upscale dining environments (200-300 covers), preferably with Japanese cuisine experience. You are a leader, mentor, and community builder.

  • 5+ years leading high-volume restaurants, preferably Japanese-focused.
  • Passionate about food and beverage, committed to sourcing quality ingredients.
  • Experienced in team building and fostering positive work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Source high-quality products through local vendor relationships.
  • Oversee all restaurant operations for smooth service.
  • Participate in community initiatives and volunteer activities.

Requirements for Success
