Job summary

Our growing restaurant group in the United States is seeking a dynamic General Manager for our high-end regional cuisine concept. You will hire and train staff, develop people, manage inventory, and drive sales while upholding exceptional guest experience.

You will lead the team to execute an extensive menu, control costs, build strong vendor relationships, and manage P&L with daily administration.

4+ years GM experience with $7M+ sales; 2+ years tenure; a guest-first attitude; proven leadership.

Qualifications

• GM with 4+ years of General Manager experience with sales of $7M or more.
• 2+ years tenure as GM or in a leadership role.
• Ability to build relationships with vendors.
• Understand a P&L and daily administration.
• Guest-first attitude and ability to drive the team to deliver the same.
