Job summary

Xanterra Parks & Resorts Grand Canyon Railway (GCR) is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to lead our Front of House team in a fast-paced, guest-focused dining environment. You’ll coordinate staffing and guest service, ensure standards, and mentor staff to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in food service or hospitality settings.
• Previous front-of-house leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front-of-house operations on the floor and assist during shifts.
• Enforce Xanterra and GCR F&B standards, policies and procedures.
• Coordinate staffing to meet guest demand and events.
• Support FOH activities in Fred Harvey Restaurant and Spenser’s Pub.
• Ensure guest complaints are handled professionally and promptly.
