Xanterra is seeking an HR Trainer to join the Grand Canyon Railway & Hotel team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging training programs and supporting employee development across multiple properties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be passionate about helping others learn. A comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Competenze

• Experience presenting information to large groups.
• Proficient with computer applications and programs.
• Must obtain TIPS and ServSafe certifications within 3 months.

• Support compliance training and new hire orientation.
