You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure smooth dining room flow, partnering with the GM and culinary leadership to maintain service excellence.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with hospitality systems.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in related positions.
• Advanced knowledge of food professional principles and practices.
• Hospitality or Culinary Degree preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Operations Systems.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
