Job summary

Acme Hospitality seeks a Floor Manager for Loquita in Santa Barbara to lead the front-of-house team and deliver warm, energetic hospitality. You will set the tone for exceptional service and ensure the dining room runs smoothly while mentoring next-generation talent.

You will oversee operations, drive profitability, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with the executive team to provide a memorable guest experience in one of the region’s most exciting kitchens.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in related positions.
• Advanced knowledge of food and beverage principles and practices.
• Hospitality or Culinary Degree preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Operations Systems.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, oversee, and execute restaurant operations.
• Hire, train and supervise FOH team members.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the front of house.
• Set the tone for service and guest experience every shift.
• Foster open communication between BOH and FOH.
