Acme Hospitality seeks a Restaurant Floor Manager for The Lark in Santa Barbara. The role focuses on leading the front-of-house team, delivering highest-level hospitality, and ensuring efficient, profitable operations in a dynamic, award-winning setting.

The Manager will hire, train, and mentor staff, maintain brand standards, and collaborate with the GM to meet service targets and guest expectations every shift.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in related restaurant management roles.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations.
