Responsibilities

• Direct daily work activities of all staff and floor plans.
• Interview and select employees for employment with AGM/GM.
• Coach, counsel and discipline employees as needed.
• Monitor registers and discrepancies between shifts.
• Oversee service flow and guest experience in dining room.
• Ensure product quality and maintain beverage/food standards.
• Attend meetings with GM/AGM and ownership.
• Assist with training and development.
