You will supervise floor plans, service flow, and quality control, while collaborating with the management team to meet revenue and hospitality standards. A strong English proficiency and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• In the GM/ AGM absence, command overall restaurant operations.
• Direct daily work activities of all scheduled staff, including floor plans, section assignments and side work.
• Monitor register discrepancies between shifts and report them.
• Oversee grooming and service staff; mentor and train new hires.
• Support and communicate improvement observations to GM/ AGM.
• Lead beverage, wine, service, and guest experience as needed.
• Represent products to customers and ensure quality of food and beverages.
• Manage inventories and assist with safety procedures.
