Job summary

SA Hospitality Group is seeking a Floor Manager to oversee restaurant operations in the GM/AGM's absence. You will direct daily staff activities, ensure service quality, and monitor cash handling and POS efficiency.

Lead training for new hires, collaborate with the management team, and focus on maintaining the brand's hospitality standards across shifts. This role requires strong leadership and guest service focus in a fast-paced NYC setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of several years leading restaurant operations in a similar environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
• Ability to manage staff and shift operations with discipline.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall restaurant operations in the absence of GM/AGM.
• Direct daily work activities of staff including floor plans and side work.
• Monitor cash handling, POS activity, and discrepancies between shifts.
• Train new hires and assist with training materials.
• Monitor beverage, wine sales and service quality.
• Represent the brand and maintain high standards of guest experience.
