• Willing to train new hires and supervise shifts.

Responsibilities

• Run the floor smoothly with a service-first approach.
• Keep the team aligned and maintain a positive, high-energy atmosphere.
• Jump in to serve guests, resolve issues, and lead by example.
• Train new hires, lead pre-shift huddles, and set the tone.
• Serve as liaison between front and back of house.
• Support leadership to keep operations on point and guests returning.
