Qualifications

• Strong HVAC and refrigeration knowledge.
• Hands-on troubleshooting and repair skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities maintenance for restaurant locations in the Pittsburgh market.
• Coordinate and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Provide hands-on diagnostics and support for HVAC, refrigeration, and kitchen equipment.
• Decide when to repair in-house vs. via approved vendors.
• Manage work orders using Corrigo or a similar system.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety requirements.
