Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field OR equivalent education and experience; two years of facility repair/training preferred.
• Experience repairing restaurant equipment, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, refrigeration or appliances is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple schedules and coordinate with contractors and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Supervise facility aspects of restaurant management at market level.
• Perform preventive maintenance and site visits for multiple restaurants.
• Create preventive maintenance schedules for safe and efficient operation of facilities.
• Lead training for managers and staff on facility maintenance and repair concepts.
• Provide maintenance visit recaps to Operations Team and Regional Facilities Manager.
• Communicate contractor deficiencies and facility issues to relevant stakeholders.
