Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-operated restaurant is seeking a Maintenance Person to help keep the interior and exterior of the facility clean and well‑maintained. You will assist in keeping equipment in good condition and support daily housekeeping tasks across the shift.

Responsibilities include fryer filtration, grounds maintenance, cleaning tasks, trash handling, light bulb changes, and HVAC unit upkeep. This role requires reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
• Follows routine tasks to keep oil fryers filter daily and keep outside grounds clean.
• Supports unloading deliveries and restocking as needed.
• Works with the team to keep the restaurant in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Filter oil fryers daily.
• Maintain outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck two times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris.
