Job summary

Onni is seeking a Dining Services Administrator in Chicago to handle administrative work for the F&B department, including payroll, scheduling, onboarding, and training documents. The role also involves supervising day-to-day operations of the Emily Hotel restaurant, collaborating with the GM and Director of Hotel Operations to optimize service quality and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant setting and understanding of service standards.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines and practices.
• Education in hospitality management, culinary arts, business administration, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Fill out tipsheets daily and ensure accuracy.
• Submit payroll biweekly with precision and timeliness.
• Assist with scheduling according to staffing needs and forecasts.
• Review daily sales and reconcile discrepancies with Accounting.
• Assist in onboarding and training of new staff and ongoing training.
• Maintain knowledge of house accounts and arrivals for the restaurant.
