Onni is seeking a Director of Operations to lead food & beverage and assist hotel operations at a luxury-lifestyle boutique property in Chicago. You will plan, manage expenses within budget and contribute to the Hotel Executive Committee to drive guest satisfaction and financial goals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of food & beverage department head experience in a full-service hotel.
• Union experience is required.
• Luxury-lifestyle hotel experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage associates in a lifestyle-luxury brand to attract, retain and motivate employees.
• Lead the Food & Beverage division to meet service standards and budget goals.
• Develop and manage the division's annual budget, forecasts and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreement and staff handbook.
• Resolve customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop talent and implement succession planning.
