Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchise, is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain restaurant infrastructure through preventive maintenance and timely repairs across multiple locations. You will report to the District Manager and ensure the physical integrity of each restaurant.

The role requires independent work, strong communication, and the ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

• The candidate must be able to work independently and communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks, adapt to changing assignments, and stay productive under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
