Job summary

Carrols Corporation, the largest Burger King franchise, seeks an Equipment Service Technician to maintain restaurant equipment and facilities. You will perform preventive maintenance and address repairs to ensure consistent operations across multiple Burger King locations.

The role reports to the District Manager and requires the ability to work independently, communicate with leadership, and manage responsive maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to service.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with management and coworkers.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks, adjust to changing assignments, maintain productivity and a pleasant attitude under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
