Job summary

Carrols Corporation seeks an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of Burger King restaurants through preventative maintenance and prompt repairs. You will report to the District Manager and ensure equipment reliability across multiple locations.

Core duties include prioritizing repairs, coordinating with maintenance budgets, and scheduling work to minimize impact on guest service and operations. A strong mechanical background and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and communicate with management and coworkers.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, adjust to changing assignments, and maintain productivity under pressure.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Collaborate with R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
