Job summary

Carrols Corporation is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of multiple Burger King restaurants through preventative maintenance and prompt repairs.

Reporting to the District Manager, you will prioritize repairs, coordinate with the R&M budget, and develop a work schedule that minimizes impact on customer service and operations, while ensuring safety and reliability. A valid driver’s license and independent transportation are required.

Qualifications

• General electrical, plumbing, carpentry knowledge is necessary.
• General mechanical knowledge required.
• Food service equipment repair experience is a plus.
• Certification in HVAC repair is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License required and independent transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete needed repairs as they occur in a timely fashion.
• Work with the R&M Budget to implement preventive maintenance procedures as defined by company representatives.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize the impact on customer service and restaurant operations.
