Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance repairs for assigned restaurants.
• Perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment (ovens, fryers, grills, walk-ins, etc.) and on electrical, HVAC, plumbing systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls and diagnose malfunctions in a timely manner.
• Develop work schedules to minimize impact on customer service and operations.
• Inspect and diagnose standard malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
