Qualifications

• 5+ years of restaurant equipment repairs and maintenance.
• General electrical, plumbing, carpentry repairs knowledge.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with frequent travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance repair for assigned restaurants.
• Prioritize and complete equipment repairs in a timely fashion.
• Perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls for repair.
• Provide technical support to restaurant staff.
• Develop a preventive maintenance schedule to minimize impact on operations.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
• Estimate time and cost of repairs.
