Qualifications

• 2+ years in restaurant equipment repairs.
• Ability to diagnose malfunctions in restaurant equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Read manuals, schematics, and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete repairs promptly as they occur.
• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on restaurant equipment and systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls for repair.
• Develop a work schedule to minimize impact on operations.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions and estimate repair time and cost.
