Job summary

Wendy's is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service our restaurant equipment and systems. You will repair fryers, grills, walk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, ovens, electrical and HVAC systems, plumbing, and general facility components, ensuring safety and reliability.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with a broad range of kitchen equipment, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant equipment repairs.
• Experience repairing a wide range of restaurant equipment including fryers, grills, walk-in freezers/coolers, ice machines, ovens.
• Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and equipment diagrams.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete equipment repairs in a timely fashion.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on restaurant equipment and related systems.
• Respond to emergency service calls for repair.
• Develop a maintenance schedule to minimize impact on operations.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctions and estimate time and cost of repairs.
