Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead operations across multiple restaurant locations in Utah. You will partner with restaurant leaders to drive performance, uphold standards, and mentor teams in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This role requires 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership, a track record of growing sales and controlling costs, and a commitment to a five-day set schedule. Join a growing brand that values teamwork, development, and real, quality food.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.

• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
