Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurant locations and drive results across our growing portfolio. You will collaborate with restaurant leaders, set strategic direction, and help optimize sales, labor, and food costs.

Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership, a proven track record of developing people and growing sales, and the energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Adaptability to new processes and a positive, team-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptable to new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side your restaurant leaders in your assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
