Job summary

Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multi-unit operations and support restaurant leaders in achieving sales, labor, and food-cost targets. The role emphasizes building a strong leadership bench, fostering a positive culture, and delivering consistent guest experiences.

The District Manager will spend time at various locations, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback while partnering with Talent Mentors to ensure staffing levels meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side with restaurant leaders in assigned area.
• Spend 2–3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all restaurants.
