Cafe Zupas is seeking a District Manager to lead multiple restaurants in our Henderson area. You will drive sales growth, manage labor and food costs, and mentor restaurant leaders to build a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of multi-unit leadership experience.
• Available to work a five-day set schedule.
• Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring a team.
• Proven track record of developing people and growing sales as a multi-unit leader.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and driven.

Responsibilities

• Work side by side restaurant leaders in assigned area.
• Spend 2-3 days at a time in a restaurant providing direction and feedback for leadership team.
• Support all assigned restaurant leaders in hitting targets for sales, labor, and food cost.
• Cultivate a culture of positivity and gratitude within the team.
• Build a bench of future leaders.
• Work with Talent Mentors to ensure proper staffing levels for all assigned restaurants.
• Be good to others. Be good to yourself!
