Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person for its restaurant team. You will provide guests with a positive dining experience, assist with food preparation and ensure cleanliness and safety throughout the shift.

The role requires standing for long periods and lifting up to 50–75 lbs as needed. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, capable of flexible hours (including openings/closings), and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience and prepare quality food according to standards.
• Prepare, package and deliver products according to menu standards.
• Maintain station cleanliness and stock supplies; assist with other duties as assigned.
• Follow food safety, sanitation and company procedures at all times.
• Adhere to cash handling guidelines and minimize restaurant costs where applicable.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Perform additional tasks as business needs require.
