Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Crew Person to join our restaurant team. You will help provide guests with a positive experience, prepare quality food per standards, and keep the dining area clean and safe for everyone.

Daily duties include stocking stations, maintaining cleanliness, and following health and safety guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction. You must be at least 16, in high school or with a diploma, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides guests with a positive experience and prepares quality food products according to standards.
• Follows guest service guidelines to ensure 'SUPERSTAR Service'.
• Cleans and stocks stations; handles food safely and maintains sanitation.
• Ensures hot, quality products are prepared, packaged, and delivered according to standards.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines and uses supplies efficiently.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Represents willingness to perform additional duties as business needs change.
