Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Crew Person to support daily restaurant operations and deliver a positive guest experience. You will work at assigned stations, ensure hot, quality products, and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests and staff.

The role requires enrollment in high school (or equivalent), a minimum age of 16, reliable transportation, and willingness to work flexible shifts, including openings and closings.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide SUPERSTAR service and guest experience.
• Prepare, package and deliver products to standards.
• Keep station clean, stocked and safe.
• Follow food safety and sanitation requirements.
• Follow cash control guidelines to minimize costs.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Perform other duties as required.
