Job summary

Hardee's Houston is seeking a part-time Team Member to provide guests with a positive experience, prepare quality food to brand standards, and keep the restaurant clean and safe. The role involves working at assigned stations, following guest service guidelines, and supporting daily operations.

Candidates should be at least 16, enrolled in HS or have a diploma, have reliable transportation, and be flexible for opening/closing shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Performs guest service duties to ensure a positive experience.
• Works at assigned station(s); cleans and stocks station areas; performs additional cleaning tasks as needed.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards and quality requirements.
• Follows food safety, handling and sanitation requirements to ensure health and safety.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines and uses all products and supplies efficiently.
• Communicates effectively with guests and team members; supports coworkers as needed.
