Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Team Member (Now Corporate Owned) to join our restaurant crew. The Crew Person is responsible for performing tasks at the assigned station, preparing food to standards, and keeping the restaurant clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and staff.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation, and can work flexible hours including openings or closings. This is a fast-paced role that requires teamwork and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Guest service guidelines and ensures guests receive outstanding service.
• Works assigned station, cleans and stocks areas, and performs cleaning duties as needed.
• Ensures hot, quality products are prepared, packaged, and delivered per standards.
• Handles food safely and adheres to sanitation requirements for health and safety.
• Follows cash control guidelines to minimize costs; uses products, supplies, and equipment properly.
• Communicates effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Performs other duties or special projects as needed.
