Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Crew Person to support daily restaurant operations, ensuring guests have a positive experience, preparing quality foods, and keeping the dining area clean and safe for everyone.

The role involves working at assigned stations, following safety and sanitation protocols, and assisting with packaging and delivering menu items. Flexibility in hours and physical capability to lift may be required.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows all Company Guest service guidelines to ensure SUPERSTAR service.
• Works assigned station(s); cleans and stocks the station area(s); performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Prepares, packages and delivers products according to Menu Standards.
• Follows all company food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of Guests and employees.
• Follows all company cash control guidelines to maintain and minimize restaurant costs; properly uses all products, supplies, equipment and facilities.
• Demonstrates oral communication skills; communicates effectively with various contacts (internal and external).
• Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned in response to changing business conditions and/or requirements.
