Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Crew Person to deliver a positive guest experience, prepare quality food, and keep the restaurant clean and safe. You will work at your assigned station, stock supplies, and assist with additional duties as needed to support daily operations.

The role requires basic customer service skills, ability to follow safety procedures, and willingness to work flexible hours, including openings or closings. Reliable transportation is requested for shift coverage.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with a positive experience and maintain a clean, pleasant and safe restaurant.
• Prepare quality food products according to standards and menu.
• Stock and clean your station and assist with other duties as needed.
• Handle food according to safety procedures and sanitation requirements.
• Follow cash handling guidelines to help minimize restaurant costs.
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members.
