Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Crew Person in Charleston to deliver a positive guest experience while preparing quality food and keeping the restaurant clean and safe. You will work at designated stations, handle food safely, and assist with opening or closing duties as needed.

Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old, have reliable transportation, and can work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided to maintain hygiene, safety, and service standards in all shifts.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in high school; high school diploma or equivalent is preferable.
• Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
• Must have reliable transportation to work.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours, possibly including opening and closing shifts.

Responsibilities

• Follows company service guidelines to ensure guests receive outstanding service.
• Works assigned station, cleans and stocks the area, and performs other cleaning duties as needed.
• Prepares, packages, and delivers products according to menu standards to ensure hot, quality items.
• Handles food safely according to procedures and sanitation requirements.
• Adheres to cash control guidelines to help minimize costs and uses supplies efficiently.
• Communicates effectively with team and guests to support a positive experience.
