Job summary

Sarku Japan is hiring Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and support restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. This fast-paced role emphasizes teamwork, cleanliness, and Kaizen-driven continuous improvement.

As a Crew Member, you will greet guests, take orders, prepare ingredients, cook items to Sarku Japan standards, and uphold food safety. Growth opportunities exist in a team-focused environment with hands-on training.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations.
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
