Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to join our fast-paced team. You will deliver friendly guest service while assisting with food preparation and cooking in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders, preparing ingredients, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth into leadership roles are offered.

Qualifications

• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Support team members during busy periods
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards
• Other duties as assigned
