Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to join a fast-paced team dedicated to guest experience. You will help in guest service, food preparation, and cooking while upholding quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and Kaizen principles.

As a Crew Member, you will greet guests, take orders, prepare ingredients, and ensure food safety, with opportunities to grow through hands-on training and leadership pathways.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed
• Support team members during busy periods
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards
• Other duties as assigned
