Job summary

Sarku Japan is hiring Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service while supporting restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking.

You will greet guests, take orders, prepare ingredients, and ensure cleanliness and safety in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Training and growth opportunities are available, with a focus on Kaizen and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Food service or customer service experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations.
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
