Job summary

Sarku Japan is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional customer service and support restaurant operations across guest service, food preparation, and cooking. You will be part of a fast-paced team focused on quality, cleanliness, teamwork, and continuous improvement (Kaizen).

As a Crew Member, you will greet guests, take orders, and prepare ingredients while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. This role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow into leadership roles within

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh ingredients and maintain food preparation stations.
• Cook menu items according to Sarku Japan recipes and standards.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Keep kitchen and service areas clean and organized.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Support team members during busy periods.
• Deliver a high-quality guest experience with every interaction.
• Follow all company procedures, policies, and operational standards.
