Blake’s Lotaburger in Santa Ana, NM is seeking Crew Members to deliver a KIND and exceptional customer experience through TEAM work. You will rotate through six positions, learning quickly and adhering to PASSION for our food and PROCESS for service.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, operating the POS, assisting at grills and prep, keeping areas clean, and following health codes. Must be 16+, able to work flexible hours, and speak English with some Spanish helpful.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS.
• Professional with positive attitude and customer service skills.
• At least 16 years old.
• Flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Appearance must be neat and well-groomed; tattoos/piercings policy applied.
• Able to learn health codes for handling food and eggs; able to use POS.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer experience for every guest.
• Rotate through six positions: Cashier/Counter, Drive-Thru, Assembly, Fry, Grill, Prep, Housekeeping.
• Operate POS and handle cash/credit accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and assist with housekeeping tasks.
• Work as a team with others to ensure accurate orders and service.
