Blake’s Lotaburger in Santa Fe seeks Crew Members to deliver a KIND and exceptional customer experience across fast‑paced stations, from cashier to grill and prep. You’ll learn quickly, work as part of a TEAM, and uphold health and safety standards in a family‑owned brand with 70+ years in New Mexico cuisine.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer‑focused, and willing to adapt to busy shifts; English proficiency is required and Spanish/English bilinguals are a plus. Equal opportunity employer.

Competenze

• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work flexible hours up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week.
• Professional and have a positive attitude with customer service skills.
• Experience in quick service restaurant preferred but not required.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days.
• Fluency in English required; Spanish/English bilingual is a plus.
• Must adhere to Blake’s Lotaburger’s General Policies & Procedures.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; health code training for raw meat and eggs.
