Blake’s Lotaburger is hiring Crew Members to deliver a KIND, TEAM-focused guest experience across six station roles in our New Mexico restaurants. You will be part of a family-owned brand that values energetic service, food safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must exemplify Blake’s Core Values: KIND, TEAM, PASSION, PROCESS
• Must be professional and have a positive attitude with customer service skills
• Must be at least 16 years old
• Ideal candidates have experience in a quick service restaurant setting, but experience is not required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule up to 28 hours (PT) or 40 hours (FT) per week
• Appearance must be professional, neat, clean and well-groomed
• Visible tattoos must be work appropriate and facial piercings may not be worn at work
• Must be able to quickly learn health codes and procedures for handling raw meat and eggs
• Must possess experience in or learn to use a Point-of-Sale system
• Must possess strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to read/write/speak in English; bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus
• Must pass a pre-employment background check
• Must become Food Handler Certified within 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer experience for every guest
• Address all housekeeping duties throughout the restaurant
• Other duties/projects as assigned
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
• Assemble orders quickly per customer preferences and system procedures
• Lead and collaborate with Grill, Fry, and Counter teams to ensure order accuracy
• Maintain safe handling of knives and hot equipment and adhere to PPE requirements
